Note: Please retain this warranty policy along with your receipt/proof of purchase for your records.
The Manufacturer's Warranty varies by manufacturer and cart type when purchased from Country Carts. Please note that used carts are sold "As-Is" and do not include a warranty. As a leading dealer of Denego EV Carts, Country Carts provides the Manufacturer's Limited Warranty Policy outlined below.
Warranty Coverage
Denago Electric Vehicle (EV) Golf Carts come with a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is valid for the duration specified below:
1. Frame & Structural Components
Warranty Period: 5 years from the date of purchase.
General Information
Coverage includes defects in the frame and structural components of the golf cart.
2. Electrical System
Warranty Period: 2 years from the date of purchase.
Coverage includes the battery, motor, controller, and wiring harness.
3. Mechanical Components

Exclusions
Warranty Period: 2 years from the date of purchase.
Coverage includes the steering, brakes, and drivetrain components.
Warranty Period: 1 years from the date of purchase.
Coverage includes any optional accessories or equipment installed on the cart.
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to tires, brake pads, and batteries after their specified lifespan.
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Damage resulting from improper maintenance or failure to follow operating instructions.
Cosmetic damage, including scratches and dents.
Routine maintenance services such as lubrication, alignment, and adjustments.
Claims Process
1. To File a Claim
Contact your authorized Denago dealer or Denago customer service by emailing us at support@thecountrycarts.com
Provide proof of purchase, including the original sales receipt.
2. Inspection
Denago reserves the right to inspect the cart to determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
3. Repair or Replacement
If a defect is found, Denago will repair or replace the defective part at no charge within the warranty period.
Limitation of Liability
Denago is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the golf cart. The warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or region.
Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the cart.
