All sales are final and non-refundable, without exception. Any order cancellation will incur a $1,995 restocking fee. Products cannot be released until paid for in full. To shorten transfer wait times, wire transfers, cash or cashiers checks are recommended. ACH transfers can take 5 business day or more.

Return Policy

‍Deposit Policy

Deposits are non-refundable, with no exceptions. However, if you cancel within 3 days of placing your deposit, you will receive 50% back. If production on your golf cart has already begun, a restocking fee of $1,995 will apply.

Used Golf Cart Return & Exchange Policy

All used golf carts purchased from Country Carts are sold "As-Is" and are not eligible for return or exchange.
